Welcome to ATS Rent A Car. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Requirements

Renters must possess a valid driver's license, a major credit card or cash deposit, and be at least 21 years of age. Additional age restrictions may apply for premium and luxury vehicles.

2. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or off-roading unless explicitly permitted (e.g., 4x4 SUVs). The renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3. Payment & Deposits

A security deposit is required for all self-drive rentals. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle in its original condition.
