Booking Process
How do I book a car?
You can easily book a car through our online platform by navigating to the Vehicles or Booking page, or by contacting our 24/7 WhatsApp support.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, modifications and cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any penalty.
Do I need to pay in advance?
For self-drive rentals, a security deposit is required. For chauffeur-driven cars, you can pay at the time of service delivery.
Requirements & Policies
What documents are required?
For self-drive, you need a valid Driving License, CNIC/Passport, and a proof of residence (e.g., utility bill). For chauffeur-driven cars, only your CNIC is required.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle from ATS.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is mandatory for all self-drive rentals. The deposit amount depends on the car category.

Which cities do you operate in?
We proudly offer our services in Karachi, Islamabad, Haripur, Abbotabad, Mansehra, Naran, Hunza, Swat, Skardu, Peshawar, and Faisalabad.
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes! We deliver the car to your specified location within our covered cities. Nominal charges may apply depending on the distance.
Can I take the car out of the city?
Yes, outstation travel is allowed, but it must be communicated during the booking process so we can prepare the vehicle accordingly.
What is the fuel policy?
We operate on a 'Same to Same' fuel policy. You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when it was delivered to you.
